🎶 On the fourth day of Kwanzaa, my true love gave . . . 🎶 Oops! Wrong holiday melody! 😂

What IS important about the fourth day of Kwanzaa is that it’s UJAMAA (cooperative economics).

And it also means we’re halfway through. Time to start thinking about January 2nd.

Oh. You thought Kwanzaa was over on January 1st. Oh, noooooo! Kwanzaa is never over! That’s why it’s time for you to be thinking about—

How can you make Ujamaa (Cooperative Economics) part of your regular life? Don’t panic! You don’t have to make major changes in your life to make this happen.

Here’s an example:

Maybe you don’t want to go outside in the midst of Omicron madness. But there are other people who ARE getting out in the world. Make a donation to something IMPORTANT! Wow, look at that! That’s cooperative economics!

You Just put your money where your hope for a better community is.

👉🏾 YOUR TURN!

Act now! Pick an entity in your community (however broadly or narrowly you define that) and make a contribution by card, check, cash or crypto. Then leave a comment here on this page about the specific way you helped your world. You don’t have to tell us how much you donated because that’s not nearly as important as the fact that you DID it!

Right now! Before it ends up in the land of “I-Meant-To”.

It also helps other people learn about groups they can support.

Go ahead. You can do it. NOW!
